A former fine dining restaurant in Moreton has hit the market.
The Newcastle Road building once home to Pecks, which relocated earlier this year, has been listed for sale.
Fleurets North West, the firm handling the sale, believe the site could be given new life.
Tim Martin, divisional director at, said: "Our client previously traded the property as Pecks Restaurant, before they relocated the business to Congleton town centre.
"With its roadside prominence, generous layout and on-site parking, it could readily be revived as a destination restaurant.
"Equally, its scale and location mean it may lend itself well to a variety of alternative uses, subject to the necessary consents."

Pecks, an AA Rosette fine dining establishment, left Newcastle Road, its home of 40 years, in February.
It can now be found at the rear of the Lion & Swan on Swan Bank in Congleton town centre.
At the time, Pear Hospitality Group said they had 'exciting plans' for the old site, with suggestions of a 'new, innovative and unapologetically American' concept.
However, there was no further development on this.
Now, the two-storey detached property is being offered either freehold for £700,000 or to let at a guide rent of £55,000 per annum.

The building provides capacity for around 90 to 100 dining covers on the ground floor, with further potential for 25 to 30 additional covers on the first floor.
It also benefits from a customer terrace to the front and a surfaced, lined car park to the rear with space for 28 vehicles.
The listing adds: "Subject to planning, the property may also be suitable for a variety of alternative uses."
