The contractors for the Congleton Link Road will be imposing a full closure of Back Lane (East) adjacent to the Seddon Homes development and Travis Perkins Builders Merchant to enable the widening of the carriageway.

The closure will be implemented by Graham on 24th May and will be in place for "approximately" six weeks. The planned completion date is 2nd July.

The closure applies to non-motorists, but pedestrians and cyclists will be able to divert the closure via the Seddon Homes development before re-joining Back Lane.
