'Rapid progress' being made as construction of Viking Park's new units well underway

The next phase of Viking Park is due to be completed by the end of the year.
Commercial property advisors Williams Sillitoe have shared an update on the work taking place at Congleton's new mixed-use development off Barn Road.
Clowes Development, in partnership with lead construction contractor Roe Developments, has made 'rapid progress' on phase two of the project.
Mark Sillitoe, director at Williams Sillitoe, said: "The scheme continues to go from strength to strength, and we're already in discussions with further operators eager to secure space in phase two, which is currently under construction.
"Viking Way is undoubtedly establishing itself as a prime destination for industrial, trade, and logistics occupiers."
Phase two will deliver two 'modern, high-quality' industrial units, Viking F3 and Viking G3.
Each offers offering 12,220sq ft of commercial space which can be subdivided into three equally sized terraced units.
Located adjacent to the newly opened MKM Building Supplies, the two units occupy a 'prominent' roadside position.
Andrew Groves, director of property consultants Harris Lamb, said: "Progress on site has reached a significant milestone with steel frames now erected, keeping us firmly on track for completion by the end of Q4 2025.
"All units are available on an all-enquiries basis, and we're already seeing strong interest from both regional and national occupiers seeking high-quality, well-connected space in the heart of Cheshire."
