Radnor Bridge Emergency Repairs

A road closure is required to install emergency measures to the highway embankment and Radnor Bridge foundations.

Chelford Road, either side of the River Dane will be closed from 8am on Thursday 5th March until 6pm on Friday 6th March.

A spokesperson for Cheshire East Council said: "We understand that there is no right time to undertake works on such a vital road as Chelford Road and this scheme has been carefully planned to minimise disruption to local residents, businesses and members of the travelling public."

The diversion route will be Chelford Road - Hallgreen Lane - Trap Road - Trap Street - Forty Acre Lane - A535 Macclesfield Road - Manor Lane - Holmes Chapel Road A54 - Chelford Road.
