Police release image after man exposes himself at Congleton Park

A man exposed himself at Congleton Park.

Police have released an image of a man they would like to speak to following 'suspicious activity' at Congleton Park.

Sometime between 4.30pm and 5pm on Thursday (July 3) a man exposed himself in the park before walking off in the direction Park View Road over the River Dane.

He is described as being, white, with tanned skin, of medium build, with tattoos on his arms and a shaved head.

He was wearing black trousers, black t-shirt, red socks and black trainers.

He also had a shoulder bag.

Anyone who recognises the man in the picture, or the has any information should contact Cheshire Police on 101 or via the website quoting IML 2125372.

Alternatively, information can be given anonymously by contacting Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.

*UPDATE*

At 1.47pm on Tuesday (July 22), Cheshire Police confirmed that a 37-year-old man had been arrested as part of their investigation into an indecent exposure at Congleton Park,

"Thank you for sharing our original appeal and for your support in this," said a spokesperson for the force.
