A local charity is opening up a shop in Congleton.

East Cheshire Hospice, of Millbank Drive, Macclesfield, is to open a store in the West Heath Retail Park.

The palliative care charity already has charity shops in Macclesfield and Poynton.

East Cheshire Hospice said: "We're beyond excited to announce that a brand-new East Cheshire Hospice shop is coming to West Heath Retail Park in Congleton"

"Our team is already hard at work, preparing to bring you an amazing selection of pre-loved, high-quality clothing, furniture, and more – all in time for Christmas.

"We'll soon be looking for passionate volunteers to join us in making this shop a huge success. Stay tuned for updates on how to apply, plus all the details on our opening date and how you can donate your pre-loved treasures."

The precise opening date has not yet been revealed.
