Man arrested and charged for several offences including blackmail and robbery

A man from Congleton has been arrested and charged for several offences.

The offences include, blackmail, four burglary incidents, robbery and two counts of theft from motor vehicles.

The man has also allegedly preyed upon a vulnerable person.
