Our client is making homelessness history, it's a big statement, but they're not alone in achieving it. They're part of the national movement tackling homelessness.

They're looking for a Relief Assistant Service Coordinator to join their Cheshire East team and support them on a relief basis, helping them when the service is busy, covering holidays and sickness.

You'll be supporting Concrete customers with tailored support to help them to live independently in the community.

They need someone who's flexible and adaptable, as this service fits around the needs of their customers. Ideally, they're looking for someone with knowledge and 12 months experience of working with people who have been impacted by homelessness and other complex needs such as substance misuse and mental health.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine understanding and compassion for people impacted by homelessness and understand the challenges they might face. With up-to date knowledge of current issues, laws and best practice of homelessness.

You'll be great at time management and be able to prioritise high-risk cases, you'll be working with some sensitive information, so you'll need to be able to handle it by following data protection laws.

The successful person for this role will need to be DBS checked.

Help them to give those without a plan, voice or home to build concrete futures by tackling the issues that keep people from finding their own home.

Job Specifics

Relief Contract. £8.85 per hour. This service fits around the needs of the customer, it runs over 7 days, so you'll need to work evenings and weekends on a rota basis.
