Police are appealing for help from the public as they search for a missing man last seen nearly a month ago.

Jason Holbrook was last sighted at 8.20am on Saturday, September 12, at the Countess of Chester Hospital.

The 48-year-old is described as 5' 8" tall, with mousy brown, shoulder length hair.

It is understood he usually wears a beanie hat.

Jason is thought to be in Crewe but also has links to Congleton.

Inspector Dave Wilkinson said: "Officers are growing increasingly concerned for Jason's welfare and we would urge anyone who has information as to his whereabouts to please contact us.

"Anyone with any information can contact Cheshire Police on 101 or visit cheshire.police.uk/tell-us, quoting IML-2427143."
