Easter Extravaganza at Castaway Play

Castaway Play's Easter Extravaganza gets underway on Saturday!

This year's event promises to be bigger and better than ever before, with dinosaurs, crafts and live animal experiences.

There will also be a special SEN session on March 28 from 9am to 11.30am with reduced capacity, dedicated hands-on staff and free use of the sensory room.

Two Doors Studio 10th birthday

Looking a little outside Congleton, Two Doors Studio celebrates its 10th birthday on Saturday.

To celebrate, the studio is hosting a special event with cake, fizz and works by 80 artists and craftspeople.

There will also be a new body of work by reputable northern artist Ian R Pearsall titled 'City of Fire and Beautiful Bricks' on display.

Monday (30/03)

Easter Messy Play

Smallwood Village Hall will play host to two messy play sessions on Monday.

Little ones can explore 11 messy play/sensory stations.

There will also be balloons, props and photo opportunities as well as free tea, coffee and biscuits.

Tuesday (31/03)

Easter Treats Day

Congleton Town Council's Easter Treats Day returns on Tuesday, March 31.

Several local organisations and groups are taking part, with a wide range of activities on offer.

Mayor Robert Brittain said: "We are thrilled to offer such a vibrant and engaging event for our community, and I look forward to seeing everyone enjoying the festivities."
