Cheshire Police have proved that Saturday night isn't alright for fighting, as they have arrested a group of men involved in a mass brawl in Congleton.
The frosty fracas occurred outside Rumba Bar, and saw multiple arrests.
There were four arrests, but none were arrested on assault charges.
The weekend fight involved drink and drugs, but the cause of what started the fight remains unknown.
Cheshire Police said in a statement: "At 11.23pm on Saturday 13 November police were called to a fight involving around six men outside Rumba in Swan Bank, Congleton."
"Officers attended the scene and arrested four men. Two men aged 53 and 27 from Congleton were arrested for being drunk and disorderly. Both men were dealt with via community resolution.
"A third man aged 19 from Newcastle-under-Lyme was arrested on suspicion of criminal damage following a shop window being broken. He has been released under investigation.
"A 33-year-old man from Congleton was arrested on suspicion of attempting to possess a controlled Class A drug. He has since been released under investigation pending further enquiries."
No names, charges or court dates have currently been given.
Sgt Rob Simpson of Cheshire Police's Rural Crime team had to be called for back up to help dissipate the fight.
He said: "It would seem that the two year break from the night-time economy has really come to an end, with numerous fights reported in towns across the county.
"I can assure you my colleagues are flat out doing all they can to apprehend and deal with those responsible. After all, we all want to enjoy ourselves and get home safely, without people ruining our evening out."
Mr Simpson also implied that police officers were assaulted at the incident.
"A number of people arrested, and our colleagues who were assaulted are safe and well," he added.
Rumba Bar have been contacted for comment.
The bar is open from 4pm-3am on Saturdays.
