Readesmoor Medical Centre: Closes its doors due to coronavirus

Readesmoor Medical Centre has announced that due to the current level of concern regarding coronavirus, patients will not be able to access the practice for face-to-face appointments.

Patients received the news via text message from the NHS.

All contact must now be via telephone/video link/email or eConsult.
