Wanted man may've fled to Congleton - seen him?

Cheshire East coppers are on a borough-wide hunt for a wanted man with connections to our town.

Kelvin Barstead is wanted for his association to a harassment case.

Coppers at Congleton Police Station are on the look out for him, as he has links to our town.

Barstead, who lives in Macclesfield, has a distinctive neck tattoo on his left side.

The wanted man could be in the Congleton, Wilmslow and Manchester areas.

Cheshire Constabulary are looking to speak to the 33-year-old, in relation to allegations of harassment. So you could be helping bring a crime to justice.

Barstead is of an unknown occupation, and his streetname in our town was not specified.

While no details of the alleged crime were given Police are hoping the public can help locate him.

Barstead is described as white, around 5' 8" tall and of slim build. He has short shaved brown hair and brown eyes.

The details of his relations to Congleton were unspecified, but Congleton Nub News has contacted Cheshire Constabulary for further comment.

Anyone who sees Barstead, or has information regarding his whereabouts, is asked to call Cheshire Police on 101 quoting IML 1012885.
