Congleton Town Council is interested in understanding how coronavirus has affected the health and wellbeing of people living in the town.

An online survey has been put together by the town council's Health and Wellbeing Working Group.

The survey, which opened last weekend has so far had around 150 responses, but the town council is eager to collate further responses. Individual answers will remain anonymous.

The survey is open until the end of July and an interim report will go before the town council's Communities and Environment Committee on 30th July.

Most people are taking just over four minutes to complete the survey, which can be downloaded here.

If you have a specific concern relating to Covid-19 please ring the Covid-19 Community Line on 01260 541815 or email [email protected] and the town council will try and help with your query.
