Congleton Sixth Form College celebrates best set of A-level results since 2018

Congleton Sixth Form College is celebrating its best set of A-level results since 2018.
The number of students achieving the highest A* and A grades has increased by 15%, reflecting the hard work of staff and students over the past two years.
This puts the school in line with the top 25% of educational institutions across the country.
Headteacher Heidi Thurland said: "This year's results are a testament to the courage, curiosity, and ambition that define our college community.
"Our students have not only met the challenges of rigorous academic and vocational study—they've exceeded expectations and demonstrated the values we hold dear."

Students have achieved impressive outcomes across a wide range of subjects, from maths, science and history to creative pursuits such as art, photography and design.
Many pupils have secured places at top universities apprenticeships.
Among the top achievers are Ahmed Gajoum, James Higginson and Jamie Camm, who all achieved A*s in both maths and further maths.
There is also cause for celebration for the Mayson family, with twins Naomh and Simeon both managing an A* in fine art.
Meanwhile, the college's vocational learners have also excelled, with many progressing into industry roles or further training with distinction.
Ms Thurland added: "These results reflect more than just academic success they show the courage to persevere, the curiosity to explore new ideas, and the ambition to shape their futures with confidence.
"We couldn't be prouder."
