Congleton Police to monitor speeding areas with enforcement

Police have received complaints of vehicles speeding throughout the Congleton area despite there being less traffic on the roads.

A Congleton Police spokesperson said: "Please be aware that these areas will be monitored with enforcement."

It was only last week that Cheshire Fire & Rescue Service had asked motorists to drive carefully to reduce the strain on the NHS.
