Congleton Fire Station thanks residents who helped gentleman following fall

Congleton Fire Station has thanked residents who helped and raised the alarm for a gentleman that had fallen on Astbury Street earlier today.

A spokesperson for Congleton Fire Station said: "We would also like to thank the person who provided a blanket and pillow prior to our arrival.

"It is at the station if you would like to retrieve it."
