Saturday 10 January
REDROW is hosting an event in Congleton this weekend (January 10 and 11) for potential homebuyers.
New home experts will be on hand to discuss Part Exchange, Help to Sell, and the Key Worker Deposit Contribution scheme.
The New Year, New Home events will take place at Round Hill Gardens in Congleton, from 10am to 5.30pm on Saturday and Sunday.
Redrow's Help to Sell incentive has been set up to support buyers with a home to sell. The scheme makes the process of selling an existing property simple, as Redrow will work with agency partners to manage much of the process on the customer's behalf.
The homebuilder's Key Worker Deposit Contribution provides up to £25,000 towards a deposit. Among those benefitting are workers in the NHS, education sector, police force, fire service, Ministry of Defence, local authorities, the RNLI, foster carers, care home staff, social workers, nursery workers, pharmacists and Blue Light Card holders.
Amanda Jones, head of sales at Redrow NW, said: "We look forward to showcasing our developments and demonstrating how we can support homebuyers in securing their dream home.
"Our experienced team will explain the benefits of both the Part Exchange and Help to Sell schemes, as well as answering any questions on the Key Worker Deposit Contribution and letting potential purchasers know whether they qualify."
Prices at Round Hill Gardens currently start from £330,000.
