A campaign has been launched to remember Congletonians of years gone by this Christmas.

You can now buy a star in memory of a loved one, with your message placed on the Christmas tree in Congleton's memorial Park over the festive season.

The message doesn't have to be in memoriam of a friend or family member, but many will be. Congleton Rotary are organising the tree.

To get your star, simply make a £5 donation on this link.
