Today marks just 50 days left of 2022, but there is still lots to come for Congleton.

And we're not even talking about Christmas.

Here are two Congleton businesses that are earmarked to open their doors for the first time in the coming weeks.

The Tanning Hut

Already catching the attention of 500 followers on social media, The Tanning Hut is a brand new tanning salon on 1-3 Mill Street, Congleton.

There will be multiple sunbed rooms, and will be open in the day and late nights. An exact opening date and hours is yet to be confirmed.

They currently have a competition on their Facebook to win a free 20 minute sunbed and bottle. The deadline ends next week, which indicates the business will be opening soon after.

Piccante by Salvatore

Capital Walk already boasts a strong global array of independent eateries, but a second Italian is moving in.

Separate to the pre-existian Italian coffee place, is another taste of Italy.

Authentic Italian pizza joint Piccante by Salvatore will offer an elegant slice of 'La Dolce Vita' when it opens upstairs in Capital Walk this winter.

They hope to serve their first customers on December 1.
