A popular community cafe in Congleton is set to get a fantastic new makeover, thanks to a grant from UK Rural England Prosperity & UK Shared Prosperity Fund.

The Old Saw Mill, on Back River Street, is set to receive improved insulation, heating and even secondary glazing to create a warm and welcoming space for everyone.

The Old Saw Mill is a volunteer-run gem at the heart of Congleton, and this grant will ensure they can continue their amazing work for years to come.

There's still time to apply for a grant for your community project by going visiting the Cheshire East Council website.
