Police seeking the idenity of woman who witnessed a man interfering with HGV

Congleton Police are seeking the identity of a woman who witnessed a man interfering with a DAF HGV which was parked on Antrobus Street near to Readesmoor Medical Centre.

A Congleton Police spokesperson said: "If that person or anybody has the details of that person - please contact DC Millins via 101 or online quoting IML 720170."
