Police appeal for witnesses following a collision in Congleton

Police are appealing for dashcam and CCTV following a collision involving in Congleton. 

At 12.30pm the driver of a Ford Iveco tipper truck was parked up on West Road at the junction of Holmesville Avenue. 

While getting out of the vehicle, a red HGV passed by and caught the truck door causing a serious injury to the man's hand. 

Anyone who witnessed the collision or has any video footage, dashcam or doorbell footage capturing the incident should contact Cheshire Police on 101 or via  www.cheshire.police.uk/tell-us quoting IML 1962623.
