Man charged with outraging public decency after 'incident' in Congleton

A man has been arrested following an 'incident' in Congleton.
Cheshire Police have charged Matthew Wilbraham with outraging public decency and possession of a class A drug, namely cocaine.
It comes after the 41-year-old was arrested by officers at around 3.43pm on Monday, March 3.
A spokesperson for the force said they were called to an 'incident' on Ullswater Road in Congleton at 3.30pm.
No further details of what happened have been released.
Wilbraham has been bailed to appear at Crewe Magistrates Court on Wednesday, April 2.
