Mental Health Early Intervention Practitioner - Congleton

Are you interested in working in a recovery focused way with people from 14 -65, experiencing first episode psychosis.

A vacancy has arisen for a permanent Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner post within the Early Intervention Team, based in the East, South and Vale Royal areas of Cheshire.

The staff are a dynamic team, working with an interesting client group, where there's an opportunity to significantly impact on an individuals well-being and functioning and long-term clinical outcomes.

The post holder will be expected to provide detailed assessments to establish a persons' needs and presentation.

The service operates from 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.

The successful candidate will be expected to collaboratively plan an individual's care needs and assess risk factors and implement interventions that improve outcomes for the individual and their families.

You will be offered a thorough induction period, including shadowing established team members and regular supervision.

Excellent communication, report writing and assessment skills are essential for this post.

The NHS are looking for a highly skilled and competent practitioner, who is motivated and committed to delivering quality and evidence based care.

Applicants should have sound working knowledge of the current spectrum of mental health disorders and the Mental Health Act.

Applicants should be able to demonstrate an understanding of the key principles of the Early Intervention in Psychosis model and targets set by statutory organisations around this.

Applicants should have post registration clinical experience and be able to demonstrate the appropriate skills needed to provide an outstanding service.

The NHS are looking for individuals who are flexible and conscientious team members.

Care Navigator - Congleton

Readesmoor Medical Centre is a friendly team of five GP Partners and a team of salaried GP's, ANP's nursing and administration and reception team at an exciting time.

They have an overall CQC rating of GOOD and are a high QOF achiever.

Their list size is approximately 13,500 patients. They are committed to delivering a high quality, efficient service, whilst supporting their expanding team.

Readesmoor Medical Centre have an exciting opportunity, they are looking for an enthusiastic, capable and highly motivated Care Navigator.

They would like experience with dealing with people; managing a workload and having innovative ideas. General Practice experience desirable but not essential.

The successful applicant will be joining a very supportive team who are focused on delivering the highest levels of care to their patients.

The role is 37.5 hours per week, flexibility will be required. Salary is dependent upon qualifications & experience.

Pharmacy Technician - Congleton

Key Responsibilities

The Pharmacy Technician will assist the Pharmacist and practice clinical team in the provision and delivery of safe, effective and efficient systems for repeat prescribing and optimisation of medication management.

Health Care Assistant - Complex Care Team - Congleton

The NHS are looking to recruit enthusiastic Health Care Assistant's to join the Paediatric Complex Care Team.

They provide high quality care to enable children and young people with complex health needs and technology dependency to live with support in their own home.

The successful applicant should be able to demonstrate a willingness and commitment to team working, have experience of working with children and families and have great communication skills.

Level 2 NVQ in health and social care is essential.

The position involves shift work covering days, nights and weekends in children's own homes.

Technical Paraplanner - Congleton

NJR Recruitment's client are an incredibly successful and well established firm of Financial Planners who are now looking to add another talented Paraplanner to their Technical Team.

Candidates will be Level 4 Qualified as a minimum, and should either be working towards/prepared to work towards Level 6.

You will have been in a similar role for a number of years, and offer strong technical knowledge around pensions and investments.

Use of FE Analytics is very important, and it is an additional bonus if you have used Dynamic Planner.

Supporting the Partner Practice, the successful candidate will ensure that the preparation of advice for clients (both internal and external) is of the highest quality and delivered in an efficient manner; whilst informing and advising clients on financial strategies, plans and products, and organise the technical task, illustrations and reports.

Daily duties will consist of;

- To assimilate & segregate information gathered by the Adviser on the CFR.

- Fully analyse clients' requirements and accurately record client data.

- Research and analyse financial products to meet client requirements and objectives.

- Construct financial planning solutions (investment, retirement, tax and estate planning) supported by the production of APTUS reports in order to replay client wants, needs, problems and consequences of no actions as well as ensuring correct grammar and spelling.

- To work within a regulated environment.

- Stay abreast of legislative changes and other regulatory issues taking necessary action as required.

- Work within and stay up to date with template changes and advice framework.

- Familiar with all major research systems e.g. Analytics & Voyant etc.

The successful candidate will need to have proven experience working as a Paraplanner - preferably within an IFA environment with knowledge of investment and pension products and ideally be Level 4 Diploma qualified.

That being said, NJR Recruitment's client is open to talking to candidates who are part qualified with report writing experience.

You will have excellent Microsoft and Excel skills, solid communication and interpersonal skills.
