Full list of road closures planned for Congleton Pride this weekend

Congleton Pride takes place on Saturday 20 July and a number of roads will be closed whilst the event takes place (Congleton Pride).

Congleton Pride is preparing to celebrate its fifth birthday this weekend, with its annual Pride event.

A number of roads in Congleton town centre will be closed tomorrow (20 July) whilst the event takes place.

Here is the full list:

  • High Street, from the junction with Albert Place to the junction with Moody Street, between 7am and 6.30pm
  • Moody Street, from the junction with High Street to outside No.4, between 7am and 6.30pm
  • Market Street, from the junction with High Street to the entrance to the Bus Station, between 7am and 6.30pm

A number of roads will be closed whilst the event takes place (Nub News).

Market Square will also have a suspension of one-way between 7am and 6.30pm.

Visitors can expect "a family fun day of celebration filled with love, joy and acceptance for everyone, regardless of who you are or whom you love".
