Congleton Unplugged is back this weekend.

Residents can enjoy three days of free music from 15 - 17 March as Congleton Unplugged returns to a host of local venues.

The annual event is put on by Congleton Live.

Congleton Live is a local organisation run by volunteers from across Congleton which brings two music festivals to the area:

  • Congleton Unplugged
  • Congleton Jazz and Blues

These are mainly free festivals hosted for the benefit of Congleton town, its people and businesses, encouraging local people to support the venues at the heart of the initiative.

The team of volunteers have been running these events since 2010, and their aim to make Congleton a destination town, and the festival an accessible space where locals can enjoy live music in other pubs and venues, as well as making the most of local eateries in between the gigs.

The festival takes place from 15 - 17 March at a range of venues.
