Congleton Town Centre users have been invited to feedback via a town council survey.

If you are a regular or infrequent visitor to Congleton Town Centre, or if you used to visit Congleton town centre but no longer go into town, People and Places Insight is keen to hear from you. Please give two minutes of your time to have your say to answer a short online survey.

The survey will take 2-3 minutes to complete and will form part of a detailed performance report that People and Places Insight are carrying out for Congleton Town Council, funded using UK Shared Prosperity Levelling Up funding.

The company will also be collating information from shops and businesses, carrying out footfall counts, occupancy rates and accessing a range of other key performance indicators. The aim is that the comprehensive report along with plans in the Town Vitality Plan can be used to help draw in additional funding for Congleton and help inform the plans of the Town Council.

You can complete the form by scanning the QR code below or clicking the link.

The information you send will be analysed by People and Places Insight.

The results will be used used in a variety of ways, including:

  • developing regeneration projects
  • attracting funding
  • measuring the impact of events and festivals
  • creating town centre partnerships
  • planning projects and promoting investment
