The Salary ranges from £18,000 – £20,000, dependent on experience. Expert Microsoft Office skills is essential.

This full-time 9-5 job is five days a week. And you'll even get to finish an hour early on Friday's.

"I have the pleasure of recruiting for a successful and well established retailer, who provide high-end products to corporate businesses throughout the UK are seeking an experienced Administrator to join their Sales Team based at their Head Office in Congleton," said the recruiter.

"You will be joining a small, friendly and extremely well established retailer based in their orders team.

"You will be joining this small yet productive team of three and will be responsible for providing essential administration support to the Sales team to ensure that they can focus on business orders.

"This is a lovely engaging team, who offer onsite parking, beautifully refurbished offices and a great team environment!

"This would be great for ambitious, bright and driven individuals who enjoy a team environment and want to make a difference to a customer!"

Duties include the following;

• Ordering stock from suppliers
• Processing received orders
• Responding to customer queries with regards to orders
• Ensuring all orders are approved by the finance team
• Chase any missing orders and resolve any delivery issues
• Tracking orders using the UPS system
• Assist with returns or any warranty issues

The successful candidate will be a confident communicator, be extremely well organised, comfortable working in a team environment and have extensive sales administration experience.
