This Congleton Job of the Week is being promoted by local recruiters KPI Recruiting.

It is a customer service job just outside of Congleton.

It will be a benefit if you like cars, as the unspecified company deals with them.

The business works in close partnership with several automotive manufacturers and dealerships to strengthen their relationships with their customers, creating positive experiences that lead to increased loyalty and greater revenues.

As a customer service advisor, the lucky applicant will be doing front and back-office admin duties.

Responsibilities include;

Undertake and partake in training to better handle enquiries

Provide excellent customer service in line with our departmental standards, procedures and guidelines Can hit and meet team and individual set targets daily

Daily management of extensive workload

To complete daily reporting back to the senior and Supervisors

Deliver guidance on quotations, plan sales and system navigation to clients

Deal with Direct Debit enquiries, printing of customer documents and general upkeep of customer accounts

Carrying out a range of daily tasks to support the customers

Representing the business through administrative tasks via calls, emails & various communication channels.

Provide support to Senior Advisors, Supervisors and Managers as required
