A pub in a Congleton parish requires a new person to run it.

The Egerton Arms is after a new landlord.

The Peel Lane pub, owned by Robinsons, dates back to the 16th century.

The Stockport-based brewers seek someone new to operate the pub.

The weekly rent is £1,162.77. The annual rent is £55,813.
