Cheshire Police has said it is reviewing a "complaint," after one of its officers was filmed appearing to slap a man on the head in an incident in Cheshire.
On the evening of Sunday 4 February, police were dispatched to Field Way, Alsager.
At around 11:30pm, a 19-year-old man from Crewe was detained by two officers.
The officers were filmed by a member of the public, who believed they were acting aggressively with the Crewe man.
The 16-second footage shows one of the officers pinning the man to the floor, who then appears to slap him on the head with his right hand.
