A beautiful floral tribute to celebrate the 100th anniversary of Congleton War Memorial Hospital has been planted.

The circular tribute, planted by Streetscape, features a brown, white and green design with '100 years' in the middle.

Streetscape is a service run by Congleton Town Council to look after some of the outside spaces in Congleton.

It is a Cheshire East Council service which has been devolved to Congleton and enhanced by Congleton Town Council.
