We have an excellent opportunity for a Managing Quantity Surveyor, working for a Main contractor overseeing a variety of Industrial new build developments from a commercial perspective. The organisation are Cheshire based although work on developments nationwide, they would expect the Managing Quantity Surveyor to be in commutable distance of their offices in South East Cheshire.

Understanding of public sector works, new build developments, large scale Industrial projects, NEC/JCT contracts.

working as Senior Quantity Surveyor in the UK construction industry with aspirations of moving into a managing Quantity Surveyor role.

Ability to oversee other Quantity Surveyors and assisting with their career development.
