Are you a strictly come dancing fan, and always wanted to dance but you where let down by your partner, because they say they got two left feet. Well I'm here to get you dancing. No dance experience or partner needed. There is something for all ages. You do it at your own pace. You can make it as energetic as you wish. No pressure from me the music does the motivation part of it.

More varied dancing then some established latin group exercises, so much fun, so many different dances.
