Congleton Lawn Tennis Club is pleased to announce that its 2020 Chairman's Trophy event will take place on Saturday 12th September.

This event was planned for the earlier in the year but had to be rearranged due to COVID-19.

The tournament will be run by Chairman John Doe and will feature the first use of Marion's bell - which was purchased in memory of the club's long-serving secretary Marion Doe (John's wife) who sadly died in 2019.

The event costs just £2.50 to enter and members can register to take part online or by contacting Andrew Giltrap on 07852 172429.

The club has also launched its partnerships with local Pilates studio Barre Sculpt and also Congleton Snooker Club who will both be sponsoring upcoming tournaments.

The club is also involved in the local Shop Congleton campaign and has been supported by a number of businesses who are displaying the club's postcards on its behalf - thanks go to Salon 29, Mr Wendles and Hightown Post Office - any other businesses who are able to help by displaying the postcards should contact Andrew on the number above.
