A well-established firm with offices across Cheshire is seeking a Junior Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their team based at one of their Cheshire offices.

The Role:

The Junior Conveyancing Fee Earner will be joining an established property team and will be providing assistance and support to senior staff.

You will be confident running a case load of Residential Conveyancing matters from onset to completion to include matters such as sale and purchase, leasehold and re-mortgage.

The ideal candidate:

The Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner will have:

- Previous relevant fee experience within a residential property department.

- Strong communication skills and able to deal effectively with clients, visitors and colleagues by telephone, face-to-face and in writing.

- Strong attention to detail and a good work ethos.

- The ability to carry out a range of tasks in an orderly, timely and conscientious way.

- A positive approach to work and will be a team player.
