- Ordering stock from suppliers for customer orders which are taken from the Sales team
- Looking after various numbers of orders each day
- Updating orders on an inventory management system
- Chasing up order delays and inform customers of any issues
- Working quickly with internal departments to resolve delivery issues
- Customer service experience within an office environment is essential
- Must be able to work within a fast-paced role
- Be a strong team player
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with customers, suppliers and internal colleagues
- Accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Be able to use internal systems
- Excellent organisation skills
